SAP Rankings is an information website about SAP Consultants.  This data-as-a-service categorizes, ranks, and confirms SAP consultants.  SAP Rankings is not a job board.


Why use SAP Rankings?

Companies can save 25% of their SAP consulting budget.  Consultants can avoid staffing companies and work directly for SAP companies.


Can SAP companies contact the consultants directly?

Yes.


How does SAP Rankings make money?

Advertising fees paid by consultants to have their profile highlighted and listed at the top of their SAP category.


What do companies that run SAP software get with an annual subscription with SAP Rankings?

Companies can use SAP Rankings as many times as they want for the annual period. There is no limit to the numbers of searches.  There is no limit to the amount of jobs you can fill.  The more you use SAP Rankings, the more companies save.

 

How do you get consultant names?

Marketing. Advertising. Conferences. Referrals from SAP companies. Research.


How do I become a featured consultant on the front pageor listed at the top of a category?

Upgrade your status to 'Member'.

How accurate is the information?

Our background checkers validate consultant profiles.  We take every effort to confirm identity and resume history. We track around 95% accuracy rate.  We check new candidates and do weekly sampling of the data.  If you learn of any inconsistencies, please let us know.

 

Are some consultants not listed?

Yes. We continue to find consultants and have consultants submit their profile to be included in the listings.


What if I know a good consultant that belongs in the rankings?

Let us know or invite the consultant to join.


How can SAP Rankings save me money?

Companies finding consultants directly without using a staffing organization that charge 25% mark-up.

 

What if my company is locked into a service agreement with a large consulting company like IBM or Accenture?

Your can use our SAP Rankings to negotiate better pricing or audit your current billing rates.


What if I like the concept, but I don't have time to implement the DIY model?

Your company can use our SAP Rankings Concierge Service which is a hybrid of the DIY and full-service staffing model.  For a small fee per job requirement, our Concierge Service will source, qualify, set up interviews, negotiate rates and complete the professional services agreement for you. You still enjoy huge cost savings.

 

How is the experience rating calculated?

The experience rating is an objective formula that takes into account multiple factors such as SAP experience, go-lives, lead roles, references, certification and more. The raw scores from the algorithm are then divided into a five star strata with each strata having an equal number of consultants.


How often are the ratings updated?

We update the ratings information daily.


What if I don't see an area for the consultant I need?

Send us a message with the SAP category you do not find, and we will populate the area with consultants.


How is this better than DICE, HotJobs, Monster or LinkedIn?

We focus only on the SAP consulting market. We categorize the consultants in 80+ SAP areas.  Also, we independently confirm candidates identity. We rate consultants work experience with an objective algorithm.  This information is marketed directly to companies running SAP.  There is no middleman.  Staffing companies do not have access to this information.


Are you the middleman between the consultant and SAP company?

No.  Service agreements are executed directly between the consultant and SAP company.


Why would a consultant want to be listed?

Market skills directly to SAP companies. Avoid the headache of a staffing companies and keep more of the money you earned. Get paid faster. Develop a better relationship with the end-client. More opportunities.


What if I don't use this service?

For consultants, your peers will get contacted directly by SAP companies before you. Your main sales engine would be the staffing companies that find you on the job boards, and you continue to make money for the staffing companies. For companies, you will work through a middleman who charges you 25% additional money for a consultant.


Do companies that run SAP have access to the consultant's information?

Yes.

 

What if a company wants to have one vendor to coordinate all the consultant's timesheets, agreements, invoices, payables?

We have solution for this too.  We can set up you so all paperwork goes through a central vendor, but without the 25% mark-up.
